A Mississippi native, Amanda Dyer has worked at some of the top salons across Mississippi and Atlanta, where she met business partner Stephen Posta. After years of friendship and discussing a salon partnership, the two decided to open a salon offering a relaxed atmosphere where all stylists subscribed to the same creative philosophy. Dyer trained at some of the most renowned schools in Europe and New York and is a firm believer in the importance of continuing education for herself and her team. In 2008, Dyer and her business partner, Stephen Posta, opened the chic, upscale Dyer & Posta salon in Kennesaw, just a few miles north of downtown Atlanta. In 2013, the duo more than doubled the size of their successful north metro salon to accommodate growing popularity.

Entranced by the ever-changing trends of the hair and beauty industries from a young age, Anna Field began her hairstyling career early. After graduating from an Atlanta beauty school, Field began working in some of Atlanta’s top salons, where she honed her skill in soft natural hair and specialized in color correction. She also has trained at the Marie Robinson Salon in New York and joined the Dyer & Posta team in 2008, where she has thrived as a colorist and stylist.

After many years working in one of Atlanta’s top salons, Mandy Farmer/Crase joined the Dyer & Posta team in 2009. She has a superior eye for natural highlighting and styling, which she learned while traveling to the top hair schools throughout the United States, including Marie Robinson in New York City.

Emily Owen is an Atlanta native with an interest in art, beauty and all things creative, which she channeled into a career in hairstyling. After attending the Roffler Moler Hair College, she joined the renowned TONI&GUY team, where she was quickly named artistic director due to her strong technical skill and outstanding creativity. In this role, she traveled throughout the South teaching new techniques and styles to emerging artists before joining the Dyer & Posta team as a colorist in 2012. Emily strives to be a cut above and constantly hones her skills through continuing education and training. She is an expert in the color techniques ombre and Balayage, and her attention to detail consistently results in unique and personal experience for all her clients.

Following a lifelong passion for hairstyling, Rachel Carter enrolled at Chattahoochee Technical College at only 18. After graduation, she began working at an Aveda Concept Salon and traveling to work under top international stylists before joining the Dyer & Posta team in 2012. She has extensive training with all hair types for men and women and has attended hair shows, including Aveda Tuff love and Premiere. Rachel is a Keratin treatment and extensions specialist who strives to stay current on the latest trends, techniques and products. She takes immense pride in her work, and it is her driven personality and unyielding dedication to her craft that allows her to flourish and provide each client with the highest level of attention and service.
